Individual Therapy for Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are complex mental and physical health conditions that are often related to deeply held beliefs or may be the product of traumatic experiences. Other mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and body dysmorphia commonly accompany and exacerbate eating disorders. Learning to manage eating disorders and return to a healthier relationship with self-perception, nutrition, and exercise requires addressing these root causes through psychotherapy.

Turnbridge clients receive individual therapy for eating disorders through one-on-one sessions with therapists as well as individual appointments with a psychiatric provider and a clinical dietician.
