About the Home
The sober living house on Main Street in Westport is an upscale 5,000 sq ft Colonial-style home with seven bedrooms and five and half bathrooms. The original cottage was built in 1858 by Cornelius Connolly and is listed with the Westport Historical Society. In 2014, the home was completely modernized and a new addition more than doubled its footprint.
The kitchen is state-of-the-art with high-end appliances, three refrigerators, one upright freezer, marble countertops, a large island, a walk-in pantry. The master bedroom features a large jacuzzi tub. Cable television and high-speed wireless internet is included. Free laundry is available on the second floor (no coin machines).
A home technology center combines Apple and Windows computers with highspeed internet, video conferencing, and business-grade wireless printing. It’s a great space to work on resumes, conference with potential employers, work from home, or work on school assignments.
The basement offers an in-home gym with free weights, bench, Power Tower pull up rack, and treadmill. Residents also enjoy ping pong and foosball tables.
Private outdoor spaces abound. In addition to a roof-top deck, high stone walls and exceptional masonry work offer unique areas to relax, socialize, or catch up on some reading.
